Exercise protects people from cancer of the lungs, colon, stomach, bladder, liver and esophagus. It is bestto get an hour of exercise every day.

Some exercise options are going for a fast walk. Going swimming is very good, too. Exercise also helps the body control insulin levels. Because of this, many people who exercise often do not develop diabetes. Exercisers have a faster metabolism and can lose weight easier. Also, people who exercise usually live a longer life. Exercising reduces inflammation. Exercise is beneficial for all types of people, at any age. So we should all make an effort.
