Every day, 90% of people in the worlddrink caffeine. People think caffeine isgood for them. A team of researchersfrom Johns Hopkins University inBaltimore, Maryland studied caffeine.They learned that 200 mg of caffeinecan improve memory, but people needto drink this caffeine after learning. Forexample, students can remember more.They just need to drink a strong cup ofcoffee after studying.

The research team did an experiment tolearn about caffeine. They asked peopleto study pictures of different things.Then, they gave half of the people acaffeine pill. They gave the other half ofthe people a pretend pill. The next day,the researchers showed these peoplemore pictures. The people told them ifthe pictures were new, old, or similar.The people who had caffeine did thebest. They had the strongest memories
